I often work with people who are thoughtful, capable, and self-aware — yet find themselves repeating patterns in relationships that feel painful, confusing, or stuck.
Together, we look beneath what is happening on the surface to understand the deeper dynamics driving it — and begin to change them.
Alongside my work in psychotherapy, I have also been recognised internationally for my work across design, business, and media, experiences that continue to inform the breadth and depth of my therapeutic perspective.
