About Judith
My work brings together psychological depth, relational insight, and a commitment to meaningful change.
I work with individuals and couples who are thoughtful, capable, and often highly self-aware — yet find themselves repeating painful or confusing patterns in relationships that insight alone has not shifted.
My approach is grounded in Relational Life Therapy and integrative psychotherapy, with a focus on bringing relational dynamics into awareness in real time. The work is not simply about understanding patterns intellectually, but about changing how people experience and respond to one another in the moment.
I tend to work with people who are ready to engage deeply with the process — people who value emotional honesty, meaningful growth, and the importance of investing in the quality of their relationships and lives.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked internationally across design, television, business, and social enterprise. I founded the ethical fashion brand Wall London, later created Giggle Knickers, and have appeared in broadcast media including Channel 8 television. My work combining creativity, innovation, and social impact led to recognition as one of the BBC's 100 Women of Influence.
My background across psychology, neuroscience, entrepreneurship, and design informs the way I work — combining emotional depth with clarity, structure, and practical understanding of the complexities people navigate in modern life.
Clients often describe the work as thoughtful, direct, emotionally precise, and transformative.
I work internationally online with clients across the UK, Europe, the United States, and Australia.
